The bed is very comfy. The shared bathroom is very clean. The staff is friendly. The neighbourhood is quiet. I had a nice dinner at the nearby Ethiopian eatery and took a stroll in a nearby park before bedtime.
Although a continental breakfast is included, you do have to pay for instant coffee and tea. The noise insulation is poor, prepare a pair of earplugs if you wish to sleep soundly without being disturbed late arrival guests.

Checked in half hour early and the young lad on reception said it was no problem as our room was cleaned and ready for us. He was so helpful in explaining everything and made sure our room was ok for us as it was downstairs (no problem though) he made sure we knew the gate code and even gave me an iron to use. Later on I needed help putting a new hole in a belt and another reception lad was so helpful on doing this within 10seconds even though I’d been trying myself for a good 20 mins 🤣 lovely stay and I would recommend this great place to anyone who is attending a concert at the etihad. Thankyou for our stay x
We stayed in room 1, a mirror above the dressing table would have been helpful for getting ready apart from that nothing else

Beautiful room
Couldn't sleep due to the noise from the room above.. was it another guest or people doing maintenance? I have no clue. I had 3 hours sleep! I wanted to extend my check out so I could sleep but the noise was just non stop and I just wanted to leave at that piont.
No coffee/kettle in the room
No hairdryer
No shampoo/shower gel
Or even a mini fridge to keep my food cold (but this wasn't too important)
