    Absolutely stunning hotel. We all loved it and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be coming back very soon to stay here again. Nothing negative to say at all

    Spent 4 night in this hotel and couldn't fault it. Easy walking distance to the city centre, Piccadilly, Co-op Arena and the football stadium. An easy half hour walk along the canal path to Philips Park and the parkrun. Couldn't fault the room, adequately equipt for our stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

    For a 4* hotel should have been much better. Breakfast was a miserable experience .. full English was good, however it wasn’t worth £14. I drink decaf and none available. The choices for juices and fruit were limited. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very lumpy through overuse.
