Domaine De Kereven

It's a lovely house, in an even more beautiful setting, despite the brown grass caused by the drought. Our hostess, Sylvie, spoke excellent English, and was kindness itself. The apartment is huge, with every room spacious, and spotlessly clean. We loved the terraced area, where we sat for those meals when we ate in. It was peaceful and quiet, and added bonuses with sightings of young cattle grazing nearby, or deer emerging from the wood to the rear.

We felt that it could benefit from some modernisation. It is an old property, and has already been restored, but it could be even more beautiful. For example, the external wiring could be hidden. The wall heater in the bathroom has melted the liquid drawer in the washing machine, which means the latter won't work unless you press in the melted part. And we had no idea how to work the oven! Sylvie kindly came and helped, and, more by luck than good judgement, we worked out how to make it work sufficient to cook a pizza! Instructions might have been useful? But having said all the above, we had a lovely stay, and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Le calme, l'appartement, la climatisation, la literie, l'emplacement, l'environnement...et une mention spéciale pour Sylvie pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa discrétion. J'ai adoré ce séjour ressourçant dans ce magnifique écrin qu'est le Finistère sud.

Le Domaine est très plaisant : un avre de paix au milieu de la nature vraiment bien placé pour visiter le secteur. Sylvie est très accueillante et très disponible. Nous avons apprécié ses conseils pour visiter les alentours

La télévision ne fonctionne pas très bien surtout le soir, sûrement à cause de la connexion internet qui est peut-être trop sollicité à cet horaire.

Très bon accueil. Domaine très calme. Appartement spacieux et propre. Très bien situé pour découvrir la région. Une adresse à retenir.
