The only little issue was that the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom.

Handy for Richmond town centre and good public transport. Comfortable room.
Stairs a bit scruffy and tap in bathroom broken. Hard to fill up kettle. Bathroom floor easily gets wet cos no shower curtain.

There is no breakfast in this hotel! Bed was comfy. Rooms felt like enough space Staff are kind and helpful always. It’s easy to book in and they helped carry my bag up or down the difficult staircases. The hotel is very near Richmond station.
Many windows brown or cracked with no handles or broken handles. Stair carpet is very old now. A new building is going up next door/ across the road. It’s very very noisy.

Traffic, loud noises during the day, building remodeling on ground floor, staff fair (check out person was rude and asking me to check out — only 5mins after 11am), check in person accommodated ground floor room available, super narrow building and stairs
