staff amazing. rooms clean. parking safe. location quiet. breakfast good but some slightly disappointing elements - stale hash browns and croissants - rest all beautifully cooked.

We had a wonderful family stay here and wouldn't hesitate to return. The hotel is set in a beautiful historic building, with lovely gardens that made it feel peaceful and relaxing, it was hard to believe we were still in Greater London.
The staff were exceptional from start to finish, always friendly, helpful and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. If I could give the staff more than five stars, I would.
We stayed in a family room, which was clean, beautifully decorated and surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room for the double sofa bed and a travel cot for our baby. It made travelling with two young children so much easier.
The food was absolutely delicious, and after a busy day exploring Hampton Court Palace it was lovely to come back somewhere so quiet and welcoming. There also seemed to be plenty of parking, which was another big plus.
Overall, Warren House made our trip feel effortless and relaxing. It was the perfect base for exploring London while having somewhere calm and comfortable to return to. We would happily recommend it to anyone.
