Before our arrival from the airport communication was efficient and helpful reassuring us that our late check-in around midnight would be okay. We were also given an upgrade to a room with a balcony with partial view to the pool. Breakfast (buffet) had lots of variety to suit all tastes. Reception also helped book a taxi to the port for us. We would happily have stayed for longer.

Great location, very quiet and close to restaurants, shopping and a bus stop.

The hosts are wonderful, the breakfast delicious and the pool and hot tub amazing! We were upgraded to a pool view room with its own balcony and it was lovely. The A/C worked perfectly, too.
The location takes about a 10 minute walk to Kamari beach and the main district with shopping and restaurants. This was a non-issue for us but could be hard for those with mobility issues.
