Very clean and efficient.
None of the pools were heated.
Would have liked the gym to be open at 0700 rather than 0900

Very well organised and very clean. Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Incredibly helpful staff.
The Tennis court needs resurfacing.

The hotel was beautiful and so clean
All the staff were so helpful
We stayed in the luxury swim-up suite and it was amazing, Aleksandra who handled that side was so kind, polite and extremely helpful
Also the day we needed to check out our flight was not leaving until late that night so they very kindly gave us a room to use until we had to leave at an exceptional rate
It was a room in the main hotel and was also very nice
Overall we had an amazing stay at Kastelli and will highly recommend it
There was nothing not to like
