This hotel is amazing!!! The staff have to be the kindest and accommodating people ever! All of our needs we told were met instantly and one staff member who checked us in and out even went out of his way to tell us all about the island and the best things to do and visit in which rlly made our trip. Our room was perfect, from the hot tub to the balcony to the size and cleanliness of the room.
I love a warm shower even in hot countries, and the hot water doesn’t last rlly esp in the mornings but I was able to still Shower in the evenings and it was fine then.

Great location. 5 minutes from the beach, lots of restaurants nearby but still quiet and private. Great facilities, the jacuzzi on the balcony is superb. Comfy beds. Aircon. They also allow late checkout which was great

Such a quiet area but within walking distance to restaurants loved area, nice pool & staff, even had a games room with table tennis and pool table that wasn’t mentioned in description or tour which was really fun. Pool bar had nice drinks. We had a late flight and could stay there for hours until check out which was nice.
Our bedsheets had stains all over them although housekeeping came everyday there would be a new stain. It felt unclean even though they were just permanent stains on sheets that need to be thrown out. Mattress and pillows were hard/ uncomfortable. The jet tub/ hot tub was dirty wasn’t cleaned in housekeeping.

The view was nice. Breakfast was good. The front desk guy was awesome.
The long tall hill with no safe walkways to get there. My sister and her friend refused to leave after the third day because the hill was so steep and hard to climb to get there. My son and his girlfriend had 86 stairs to climb to get to and from their room. Only one small elevator to the 2nd floor, or down to the breakfast room, after that the place is a maze and lots of stairs.
