Superb quality, very comfortable and best amenities in Baqueira including the pool, the ski lockers (each had individual boot dryers) and the shower facilities after checkout. Small freebies on the rooms made a great impression, thank you for not charging extra for quality, bottled water. The service and friendliness of the staff was appreciated

The sound insulation between the rooms and hallway was not very good. This hotel has no secrets:)

For a five star property should be more attentive to some details like facing us every day with charging the dinner even we have paid the upgrade before, also change the dinner location one day with no previous advise. Some of these situations are embarrassing for us. About the food they should have more variety, bio and vegan choices. In general Mim is a very beautiful hotel with a superb design really beautiful. Staff needs to be more professional specially the managers.

Cleaning service slow and very rude. First day, they came to clean the room at 345pm. We were back from skiing and taking a shower at the time and the cleaning lady’s told us to leave the room or otherwise they were leaving in 10 minutes and the room wouldn’t get clean. We ended up getting in a discussion, since they actually had all day to make up the room. We were showering and told them that as soon as we finished they could do the room but that didn’t seem to work for them. Funny that in a hotel like this clients have to conform to what’s more convenient to the cleaning service. I conveyed this situation to the front desk. Didn’t really give a dam. Said ok and changed the conversation. Ending on a happy note. Hotel is new and beautiful.
