The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was very big and able to accommodate many guests at the same time. The breakfast spread was very rich too.
I wish I didn't have to pay extra for breakfast. The lobby area is dark and impersonal.

Great location, inexpensive drinks at the lobby bar and friendly staff.
Doors and walls are thin, I can hear someone blow their nose next door (or worse) and anyone speaking outside. Also, on the 6th floor, the pool mechanisms are directly above. It’s loud. And the worst for me is the hard bed and pillows. I even asked for a mattress pad because I was so uncomfortable, but they didn’t have one. I got some extra blankets and remade the bed, but it’s still not a great sleep.
