Wonderful staff, plenty to do in the hotel - spa, sauna, steam room, rooftop sun terrace, restaurant, bar/cafe and lots of seating areas. Fantastic location.
It is dated but fantastic value for money so that didn’t really take away from my stay.

Great location, inexpensive drinks at the lobby bar and friendly staff.
Doors and walls are thin, I can hear someone blow their nose next door (or worse) and anyone speaking outside. Also, on the 6th floor, the pool mechanisms are directly above. It’s loud. And the worst for me is the hard bed and pillows. I even asked for a mattress pad because I was so uncomfortable, but they didn’t have one. I got some extra blankets and remade the bed, but it’s still not a great sleep.
