Comfortable stay, good service and reasonably priced

Reasonable priced considering Airport shuttle was included. There was a atmosphere in the restaurant at dinner time. There was good food choices also. The staff were friendly and helpful. While the reception area was limited, there was a comfortable couch and armchairs to sit and wait. Checkout was 1pm which was ideal as my flight was 3pm.

First night of a trip in Germany

Anna, late night receptionist, welcomed us with a big smile and her helpful attitude. Room was overall fine and well arranged. Breakfast was good, specially the fish. Lots of parking space and aft ernoon check out. Surrounding area was beautiful

When we arrived the airport, after midnight, the hotel airport shuttle was not large enough, and the driver asked us to remove our luggage and wait for next round.

Excellent stay especially if you fly to/from Frankfurt (Hahn) airport

I liked everything about My Place. The location was perfect for my flight the next morning. When I arrived, the gentleman asked what time I would like my breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had and the shuttle was on time. It’s only about one mile to the airport. The evening before, I took a lovely walk in the country to the next town called Sohren. This whole area is so pretty! I had dinner at a pizza place. It was so peaceful at My Place that I was able to sleep with the window open (there was a screen). I’d highly recommend it, especially if you have a flight at the Frankfurt (Hahn) airport.

Nothing really Maybe just the lift to the airport

Rooms very tiny Breakfast was barely anything. I asked the staff to refill the breakfast food and I saw her putting the salami, ham and cheese with bare hands while eating some. Very disgusting. I saw the other lady doing the omelette and she was wearing gloves but yet when you put the cheese and salami it's not necessary? Rooms small and no lights Dogs barking Bed was very old and uncomfortable Very small bathroom. It's not worth it the money

Worth every penny- Close to the airport with free pick & drop service !!

I only stayed for one night but had a great experience at My Place. A few good things about the place were that the staff was really friendly and helped us with a few things since we were travelling with a toddler. They also upgraded our room as it was available free of charge which was handy. The free shuttle bus pick up and drop from the airport was really useful as well.

A few things I would like them to improve on is that the beds were really uncomfortable (atleast in the room where I stayed). The breakfast didnt had much vegetarian or vegan options (not sure if you have to request this to them before hand). But overall I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Easy to get from airport, bus also available.. Good breakfast, staff was trying to help.

... unfortunately someone parked car selfishly without thinking about others (no access) and staff couldn't locate the driver.. Maybe some improvement needed in that kind of occasions.. also place looks like need a bit of refreshments.. air conditioning in rooms because at present price is a bit to high to standard offered. For one night OK, but should be cheaper..

Convenient for airport, staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms very small and basic, definitely just a 'serves the purpose' type of place for early or late flights out of Hahn

I would love to stay here again with my family.

I love love love the staff. The restaurant was a beautiful touch of the hotel. It had great food. The room accommodated my whole family with a queen size bed, bunk bed for my oldest kids, and a crib for my toddler. The convenient 24 hour shuttle worked for us because of our early morning flight from Hahn.
