About this house rental
This is a sun-filled and easy living 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house tucked in the woods with easy access to Portage Lake and beautiful Lake Michigan. The house sleeps up to 7 (5 adults 2-3 kids) with a loft area and spacious master bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Downstairs has open living and dining rooms with floor to ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry/mud room with outside entry. There's a large deck across the back for dining and relaxing.
Public access to both lakes is less than 2 miles away, and the town of Onekama is an easy bike ride!
This is a non-smoking property, inside and out. This includes but is not limited to nicotine cigarettes, cigars, pipes and all electronic smoking devices. A $300 fee will be assessed for violators.
No outdoor fires are permitted on the property.
*Please note that this property does not have central air conditioning or window units. There are ceiling and room fans in the house. Personal air conditioning units are not permitted. If air conditioning is a required element for you then this property will not be a good fit.*
No trailers, campers, RVs permitted per Onekama Township Ordinance

Wonderful stay for my family! Would highly recommend. Loved that the house is covered by trees to keep it cool during the summer. Owner is very friendly and great at communication. Loved how close it was to the camp we go too. Will be booking again.

The moment we walked in, we exclaimed "what a gem!" Throughout our stay, we were continually surprised and delighted by all the thoughtful, attentive details provided by the hosts. The space is clean and well-stocked, with a perfect proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. Our family enjoyed this space so much, we hope to be back next year!

We had a wonderful time in Onekama at this beautiful property. Nestled in the woods, it’s close to Portage Lake, Lake Michigan and also close to town. The great room was perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed. This property will be our first choice for our next visit.
