About this house rental
Pricing for 3 nights only is 400 per night. Two bedrooms both including queen size beds and a 50 inch smart TV in the master. Plus 1 queen and 1 full sized pullout sofa. Two full baths including a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. Two living rooms, one including a 65 inch smart TV. Full kitchen. Laundry with both washer & dryer. Three season screened room. Gas grill, outdoor fire pit with wood on site.
Recreation possibilities: Overlooks Arcadia Marsh with a great amount of wildlife in the backyard. Located a half mile from the Lake Michigan shoreline offering stunning sunsets and limited beach access. There is an easement to get to the beach which I will explain when guests arrive. Public marina half mile away offering deep harbor boat launch with slips. 3000 acres of conservancy land along Lake Michigan with spectacular views on the hiking trails. 10 and 2 mile mountain bike trails only 5 minutes away. Sources for hiking and biking are available at the Michigan Trails Website. Rivers close by are the scenic Bestie River, Platte River, and the Big and Little Manistee Rivers.

Candy is such a wonderful host and I cannot say enough great things about this property. We stayed here for a golf trip and had our small non-shedding dog with us. The backyard and porches are very relaxing with the breeze going through and watching nature. The property is exactly as described and we would definitely stay here again if in the area. The views were fantastic and we were able to see multiple fireworks shows from different areas all from the backyard while celebrating America’s 250!The property only has partial AC in the downstairs. We stayed when the temperatures were in the 90s with feels like temps over 100 and we were still able to sleep upstairs comfortably with the fans on and the windows open in the evening. The inside temps of the home were great with the AC that was available. We were even chilly in the evenings, so please do not let the partial AC deter you from renting this beautiful property. The property does not have a dishwasher, but we don’t mind handwashing dishes. Bring your own disposable cutlery and plates if that suits your needs better.

Candy and her home made for a great family getaway. My whole family agreed that this is one of the nicest, if not THE nicest rentals we’ve stayed in, and we’ve done a lot of rental properties. The location and house are both peaceful & beautiful. Everything was as shown and was very clean. Candy was very helpful & responsive to our questions. The nearby coffee shop, the few nearby restaurants, the beach/views, and the marsh with its boardwalk make this an ideal relaxing getaway. It was our first time visiting Arcadia, but it won’t be our last!

Candy owns a lovely property just off the shoreline of Lake Michigan, she personally greeted us at check in and was truly accommodating. Such a quaint and lovely community. The home was spectacular and the grounds were just as lovely…so much seating to enjoy the views, a fire pit and firewood, and a grill and seating to enjoy a meal together! We had a busy weekend that took us offsite, but there was much to do at the rental, wish we would have had more time to explore the nearby walking trails. Lake Michigan is 2 miles from the property so make sure to catch a sunset or two in Frankfort! Loved our stay, Candy is wonderful and her home was perfect for our needs!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, comfortable, clean, well appointed home. There’s plenty of nice deck and yard seating to appreciate the marsh view. Candy is a great host. We’re already talking about returning.
