During the spring and fall, families can enjoy the Summer Run Skamania and Steelhead Salmon that feed up through the creek Watch Eagles & Herons soar over lake in hopes of catching something. Golf Courses: Arcadia Bluffs, Pinecroft, Crystal Lake, Champion Hill, Crystal Mountain, are some great golf courses . Pebble Beach, Pinehurst, Kiawah Island. A spiral staircase will lead you up to the exclusive private master suite located on the second floor, where you will wake up on a breathtaking lake & creek. The master suite includes a massive walk in closet, large private bathroom with shower two balconies attached to master suite .The main level provides two large rooms a living room & game room separated from each other with doors so if someone wants to play games while other side doesn't they don't have to hear the noise. Dining room flows into the newly remodelled kitchen. The open space is perfect for hosting large family or friend gatherings. The house and loft includes air conditioning which is rare & heat, if needed. Sleep easy knowing the whole house has a back up generator, the fun nor power will ever have to stop here (If needed priceless).

This lake is 450 acres in size. It is approximately 60 feet deep at its deepest point. When fishing, anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Bluegill, Northern Pike, Rainbow Trout, Rock Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Walleye and Yellow Perch. Step into creek to catch dinner.
