MAIN INDOOR LIVING SPACES

The open concept great room uses one large space to unite sitting, lounging, kitchen and dining areas while flowing smoothly to the private backyard oasis. The expansive living area with vaulted wood beam ceilings offers plenty of comfortable seating and many entertainment options for guests. Relax on the sofa watching a movie on the 65” flat screen smart HDTV. Gather with friends in the hip swivel cup chairs around the gas fireplace with floating surround listening to you favorite tunes from the Sonos stereo. All bedroom sanctuaries offer brand new hospitality-quality mattresses, fashionable fabric headboards, fine linens, ample closet space, custom window treatments, colorful artwork, vaulted ceilings and smart TVs. All bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms that provide complete guest privacy for couples traveling together.

GRAND MASTER RETREAT - The northwest wing master is well appointed with a King bed, tufted headboard, lounge seating, 55” flat screen smart HDTV, multiple spacious closets, ceiling fan and individual heating and cooling splitter unit. There is also access to the pool and spa through glass sliding doors. The opulent en suite bath offers a sensuous double head custom glass and tile walk-in shower, elegant vessel sink, make-up vanity, exquisite light fixtures, gorgeous quartz counters, ample cabinet storage and access to outdoor shower and pool area through a frosted glass door.

KING GUEST RETREAT – The northeast bedroom has a King bed, 42” flat screen smart HDTV, armoire, double dresser and individual heating and cooling splitter unit. The lavish adjacent hall bath is adorned with marble tile from floor to ceiling and offers a custom walk-in shower, ornate marble top pedestal sink and glamorous light fixture.

QUEEN SUITE – The third bedroom is a private suite on the opposite end of the house from the other bedrooms. This bedroom suite has a separate exterior entrance and enclosed private patio in addition to access from the main house. It’s a perfect retreat for guests who want complete seclusion. This suite provides a Queen bed, 42” flat screen smart HDTV and large closet. The en suite bath offers a chic black tile shower and tub combo.

OUTDOORS LIVING SPACES

The crown jewel of this property is the resort-style outdoor living space allowing you to experience the magnificent desert climate. The completely private and meticulously maintained grounds are walled, gated and hedged to provide the utmost seclusion and safety for your guests, children or furry friends. Lovely desert gardens abound every inch of the grounds filled with cacti, towering palm trees, ficus hedges, green grass and many varieties of succulent plants.

The centerpiece of this outdoor playground is the inviting 40’ x 14’ glistening saltwater pool (heating optional) with waterfall features perfect for swimming laps or floating aimlessly. The 8-ft integrated tanning deck has built-in umbrella stand and floating lounge chairs. For soaking in the PS sunshine, there are plenty of sleek modern chaise lounges and a daybed to enjoy a full day of sun from the west-facing patio. If shade is what you crave, hang out or nap under the cover of a parasol umbrella or spectacular cabana with privacy curtains, ceiling fan and spacious sectional sofas. After a long day of golf or sightseeing, indulge yourself in the elevated tranquil jetted spa with gentle spillway trickling into the pool. At sunset, enjoy dinner or cocktails seated around the outdoor dining table for 8 overlooking the pool. Or, gather around the crystal gas fire pit under the canopy of twinkling desert stars. There’s also a natural gas stainless steel Weber BBQ, outside shower and plenty of pool floats to complete the perfect outdoor experience.

AMENITIES

For our guests added convenience we offer a 2-car garage, laundry closet with full size LG washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, HD cable TV, Sonos stereo, phone service with unlimited long distance to US and Canada and estate disposal service. All high quality linens, towels & pool floats provided too.

OPTIONAL FEES

For stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool & spa heat fee is $100/day or $650/week. Pool heat is not needed between June - September. If you do not want pool heat but would like to heat the spa, the cost is $55/ day. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of an Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.
