Great Neighborhood for evening walks and close to downtown. Loved the pool and outdoor area. That is what Palm Springs is all about.

Stayed for 2 weeks with my spouse and with visiting couples for a few days each. The property is spacious and the heated pool and spa provided nice retreats. The kitchen and bar were well equipped. There are 2 large bedroom suites with a third bedroom and en suite on the other side of the house. For some reason, there are gates to neighbors in 3 directions from the back yard.
The house is in significant need of updating. The living room sofa continuously leaks feathers, the breakfast nook table is too large for the space with terribly stained seat cushions. The wooden shutters are poorly designed and broken. There are unidentifiable objects that look like pieces from previous breakage in the side yards. The timer on the front landscape lighting was broken, making the house almost impossible to find in the dark, but I found the box and switched it on manually as needed. Our 3rd night in the house, the security system (which had not been armed) went off at 2 am because of a low battery.
The maintenance man was very nice and helpful, and responded to issues well, but there were a lot of issues. The bottom line is that the house is really showing its age and lack of upkeep.
We managed to have a nice stay in this beautiful neighborhood with plenty of room to spread out around the house.
