We recently stayed at the Old Las Palmas property and had an amazing time. The property was perfect for our size group - we're celebrating my daughter's high school graduation with a few of her friends. The bedrooms were well appointed and house well stocked with everything needed. There were pool toys and games and the backyard patio, bbq, pool and hot tub were all great. Fred the property manager was extremely helpful and available. The check-in directions were perfect and helpful book in the house for all instructions were great. We had an amazing time and would recommend this house.

We stayed with a group of friends who all raved about how amazing the property was. The open layout accommodated 8 of us perfectly. The jacuzzi was amazing after a long day. This stay exceeded all of our expectations and was definitely worth what we paid. Also Fred the property manager was super accessible and willing to answer any questions we had.

The host and the property team were incredibly communicative and made check-in and any questions a breeze. It's located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that still felt close to everything I needed. Beautiful home, accurate to listing and my family had a wonderful time! Spacious enough to give each of us privacy but plenty of common space to gather. Heated pool and spa were the highlights, and we even used the outdoor kitchen to make smores one evening. Comfy beds, plenty of amenities i.e. laundry detergent, tp, paper towels and coffee filters. Upscale, safe neighborhood, close to hiking, restaurants and downtown. My family is anxious to book again!

Plus: The location is fantastic! Beautiful neighborhood close to walking/hiking trails, easy walk into downtown, and many historic homes in this Old Las Palmas neighborhood! Less than plus; Two bathrooms need really need TLC. Some upholstery is tired. More dishes etc needed if more than 8 people. Overall: Outdoor spaces were wonderful (pool pump is loud and runs frequently), we didn’t eat inside once! Pool was refreshing for our 80 temps. Bedrooms spacious with two of them opening directly to pool area. Kitchen well equipped for most any cooking adventure. Indoor spaces looked accommodating - we just stayed outdoors all the time! We would stay here again.

We were fine here but found the property very outdated. The sunken living room was of concern that one of us would trip,. Loved the four bedrooms met our needs perfectly but the bathrooms ( which we were so grateful to have) really need updating! Let us know if any updating occurs and we would definitely rent again! We found the property adequately equipped. The kitchen had enough equipment to be very useful. Site property manager was very helpful getting us set up and moved in. All the equipment like Pool, Spa, Heating system etc. was easy to operate and operational. Nice to have double washer and dryers in Laundry Room. We had no issues and would come back again.

Very comfortable house, had everything we needed to relax and hang out with our friends in Palm Springs. Absolutely lovely neighborhood. We cooked a couple of meals at the house and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook. Pool was heated so that was a plus!

This property is absolutely amazing!! It well exceeded our expectations. Extremely spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities were over the top, a plethora of board games, ping pong, air hockey, and topped off with a beautiful pool and hottub! I wholeheartedly recommend this property!

We had our 3 adult children stay with us with our grandkids and had a wonderful time. The house has 4 bedrooms all on opposite ends of house. Each room was very quiet and clean. We loved the outdoor BBQ and Pool area. Great house for families and can't wait to book it again next year.

This place was PERFECT for our tight-knit group of eight. All of the bedrooms were spacious and had their own en suites, the common areas were lovely, the kitchen was well-stocked with handy tools and the pool was absolutely divine! The property manager Fred was also fantastic at communicating and making sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

The house is a great layout for friend sharing a house. The four bedrooms are all en suite, separated from each other and large. We cooked lots of big dinner and hung out around the pool. The neighborhood is beautiful, close to restaurants and a great hiking trail was only one mile from the house. We really liked this house and would rent it again.

We could not have been more pleased with the property’s layout and features, nor with its location in Old Las Palmas. Beautiful neighborhood. Each bedroom is in a separate corner of the house, which makes it feel even more spacious than it is. Everything was ready when we arrived and a breeze to checkin. When we did have the occasional question, the agent’s response was immediate. Wonderful stay!

The house was large, clean and as described. Our group had a wonderful time in Palm Springs. Communication was a little difficult at first (new manager) but got better as the week went on. House is a bit more run down than I expected, but clean and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Fridge went out 1/2 way through our stay and the manager had a new one there in 8 hours!! Overall I recommend the property and we would stay here again.

This house was well suited for our group of 4 adult couples. With two bedrooms on each end of the house, each with its own bathroom, we all had plenty of privacy. There are several common spaces to eat, play games, do puzzles and enjoy one another’s company. The outside pool and grill area was enjoyed by all. Kitchen is large and well equipped. Neighborhood is quiet and the house is within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. We had a great time and would return to this house.

Family of 6 travels to a destination every Christmas season and I find and book the house. At least one person always gets an inferior bedroom, Not here! The entire house was amazing. The polished floors shined and the 4th bedroom was used for Christmas wrapping. The hot tub was used several times. We opened Christmas presents in the living room which looks out onto the pool. We had the gas fireplace blazing. It's a beautiful house. Cooked steaks on the grill one night. It is hardwired natural gas so no concerns about an empty propane tank or getting charcoal. Everyone appreciated the two large washers and two large dryers which were really fast. Fred was great to work with. Book this house. It took me from zero to hero!

The property and the location was superb! It was very well equipped with everything we needed! The host kindly heated the pool for us in advance of our arrival in readiness for our grandson. The house was immaculate beds extremely comfortable, everything we could have wished for and more. We really hope to return!
