In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Nice and comfortable home. Great location. Close to the tramway and visitor center. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable mattresses. Pool and hot tub were great.

Sorry, this has taken so long. My husband and I stayed at The Villa Grand Prix for 2 weeks last month. We were so impressed by the yard and pool, its beautiful and private and we had the pool heated. The outdoor area allows you to sit in sun or shade and the outdoor dining area was nice. Our favorite thing to do was to lay on the lounges reading and looking beyond at the San Jacinto mountains.We have stayed in a dozen short term rentals. This one was the cleanest! The kitchen appliances were so clean they looked brand new. The kitchen had every thing you could want or need, cleaning supplies, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags. There was plenty of coffee as well.The rooms are spacious and we loved the master bedroom and sunroom. Also, loved the big living room and tv.Can't wait to go back!!!

This home is a beauty! Loved the location in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Pool was spectacular. Host provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Lots of nice extras! Snack basket, water bottles to get us started were much appreciated.
