The room decor is nice, central location, good breakfast till 12pm.

The air conditioner was weak and could not cool the room down to 21°C, so the room often felt too warm. The shower temperature was difficult to adjust and kept changing between too hot and too cold. To have the room cleaned, you needed to leave before 1:00 PM. There are also two long flights of stairs between the ground floor and the first floor, and the elevator is only available starting from the first floor. The hotel is located at a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of traffic, people, and noise. There is also no patio, courtyard, or garden area where guests can sit and relax.

Location, staff were helpful, property was aesthetically pleasing, rooftop views!

Room was small but nice.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic and the employees couldn’t be more helpful.

The only slight issue was the large staircase to get to the front desk.

Location was generally good. Right in the centre and all main attractions accessible on foot as well as dining venues. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

A few things: (1) it was on the main strip which I didn’t appreciate and so it was very noisy at night when trying to sleep; (2) the shower was tiny and I could barely move in it - noting that I’m a small woman; (3) my door wouldn’t close properly. As I was travelling alone this made me feel quite unsafe. I mentioned this on three occasions but I’m not sure what action was taken during my stay to fix the door.
