Mountain holiday in Heiligenblut
We spent a week in this very spacious and well equipped apartment. It's very nicely decorated and a good spot to start all kinds of hikes in the surrounding mountains. After an active day, we spent time in the sauna to relax and recover. It was a great holiday!
Some lights in the kitchen weren't functioning, but after a call to the landlord, that got fixed in the next days.

The space was extremely comfortable and almost everything that you need for a luxurious stay was available. The owner was very helpful and we had a hassle free entry into the property. Definitely would recommend the place for a wonderful experience.

Apart from some shortcomings of the accommodation, the visit to this part of Austria was magnificent
Local employees of Owners were friendly and as helpful as possible within their levels of capacity and authority.
Apartment was lacking comfort - no sofa in living area. Focus was on extra beds serving as seating. Typical of ski accomodation for young people.. Not ideal for the comfort of older people who may visit to enjoy this beautiful landscape. Lighting over kitchen benches poorly located No basic instructions for kitchen appliances. (Local guests may know how to use them, but international guests are likeley to be unfamiliar to local brands. Insufficient hanging and drawer space for clothes in bedroom. No one to meet us on arrival - had to rely on neighbour to assist in calling a relative of owner to arrange for local staff to arrive for guest induction. Owners do not live on site.
