Nice hotel and an excellent restaurant too.

Nice hotel, great location for our trip and an excellent restaurant too. It's more of a traditional boutique hotel and every person we encountered was great, very personable and engaging throughout. Would stay here again.

The breakfast was ok, would have preferred some hot options but similar to a lot of hotels.

Great value for Geneva, especially for travellers to the UN neighbourhood

Great bedroom featuring a cute balcony with lake view, a nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Overall the room was good value, especially for Geneva. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast and restaurant were a bit disappointing. The hotel lists the quality and seasonality of its ingredients as major bonuses, but it didn't feel that way looking at the food. There were some homemade items, but a lot of industrial ingredients as well. Also the hotel is listed to be in the Pâcquis area, and it's considerably further up north than that.

A wonderful hotel that feels like stepping into a charming old style—from the vintage lift to the heavy key chain. We really enjoyed our stay; the place was clean and the staff were very helpful

Excellent stay on a business trip.

Super friendly staff made me feel very welcome! I like the boutique feel of the hotel and I had everything I need with a personal touch which I dont find when I stay in big hotel chains. Very close to everything I needed especially the client's office and the proximity of the lake and aeroport is a bonus! Very clean. I liked the restaurant where you can have a home cooked meal for lunch and dinner.

The hotel is simple but confortable and a few metres away from WTO headquartes. So, it is perfect for an event there

Very pleasant and relaxing.

The hotel is away from the central station area and feels less busy. Using the buses, which run on time, means that you can get around easily. As well a relaxing walk in the gardens opposite to the lake is most relaxing. Overall very pleasant and wished I had found it years earlier.

It is on a busy road, but it is well insulated from the sound.

I loved the attentive staff, the atmosphere/flair of the vintage indoors, location is great too near multiple parks.

Great hotel and great value for money

Charming hotel in a great location, close to the UN and Lake Geneva, with bus stops and restaurants very close by. Everything was professional and meticulous - the reception staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was a delight. The free travel pass was so helpful as we travelled everywhere easily by bus and tram.

Lovely small hotel handy for buses and not too far from the airport.

I had booked a double room but it turned out to be only for 1 person. Luckily the hotel was able to sort things out and we were found a lovely room for 2!

we had baby carriage, and entrance to lobby is really long way buy stairs, when your child is sleeping. no way you can use the hotel with wheelchair.

Exceeded my expectations

Most probably it was the best stay in 3 stars hotel in my life and everything (or almost everything) exceeded my expectations. 1. Room was very clean and well maintained 2. Friendly and helpful staff. 3. The pillows!!! They are flat and very comfy to sleep without any neck pain after. 4. Location - located next to a nice park and Lake. A bit away from noise and suspicious streets. 5. It was very calm during my stay without many guests in the hotel.

Breakfast is good but there is no variety and they serve same options every day.

Very friendly and helpful service in hotel Eden, at reception and the restaurant. And the location is excellent - on the outskirts of the city center but right nearby a park and rhe botanical gardens

The room and especially bathroom was a bit outdated but everything worked properly and still well maintained (I would almost say quite common in Switzerland)
