Perfect for a Concert Getaway!

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The FlyingTheatre Suites for two nights while in town for a concert. The location was absolutely ideal for our needs. It is close to many landmarks, museums, the Old Town, and most importantly, it was within walking distance of the concert venue. The surrounding area bustles with shops to explore and dozens of fantastic restaurants. The apartment itself was cozy, and we found it to be well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the hosts was easy; they provided clear check-in instructions. Overall, this apartment was the perfect base for our concert trip. It offered comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Plovdiv for a short stay, especially if attending an event!

While my overall experience was very positive, there were a few minor points I was initially reluctant to share, considering them nit-picky. However, I've decided to include them as they might be helpful for other visitors. We did kill one cockroach. Given its central location, it can get quite noisy at night. The coffee machine and kettle were not as clean as we would have liked; the coffee machine's water reservoir had white mineral buildup, and the kettle had white flakes at the bottom. An opened bag of ice was left in the freezer, which ideally should have been removed.

Gorgeous apt in centre of Plovdiv

Loved this apartment. Perfectly functional and so nicely decorated. Location is excellent, right in centre. Shower is good too. Everywhere you turn the interior is nicely judged. Arrived and key was in lockbox was at front door, had no problem accessing and the stairs to get up to apt were fine. Would v.happily stay here again...

Because the location is so good there is a trade-off that there is a bit of noise from outside but it was a non-issue for me...

Stylish well equipped and brilliant location.

This was a return visit having stayed four years ago and the high standards have been maintained. Excellently located roomy apartment in the heart of Kapana. Decor stylish. Facilities good. Many good restaurants are very nearby. Sad that we only had time for a two night stay.

The access staircase is a bit steep and difficult to climb with suitcases but no great problem for anyone fit and healthy.

Incredible location. Right in the heart of the city. Wonderful place to eat within a 2-3 minute walk. the apartment is very bright with great views and has anything you might need. The host is very kind, helpful and accommodating. Will definitely book again!

The best place to stay in Plovdiv!

I've stayed in Plovdiv a couple of times but this is for sure the best place I've ever stayed in, for sure! I'm gonna go back every time, if it's available. Amazingly stylish, hipster, comfy, had everything we needed for a 2 night stay, the bed was comfy, the place was spotless, it was an absolute pleasure! And not to forget the location - right in Kapana, where every cool place is no more than a couple of minutes away, by foot!

I loved everything, but just to put some things that may be of value to people - there's not elevator, it's on the second floor, half of the steps are a bit steep but it's nothing bad. Have in mind if you carry lots of luggage. There was no TV and no washing machine. Again - didn't bother me at all but have in mind. As I said - everything was perfect!

A perfect apartment for a weeks or more stay, if we visited the city again we would stay there again.

Exceptionally handy location. Bars and Restraunt’s literally just outside the property. It is right by the pedestrian only area but taxis can come right to the door. The old town and Roman ruins as well as museums were all a short walk distance away. Everything you would want to visit can be done on foot.

Nothing. Some people might be worried about being so close to the bars and restaurants, we always wear ear plugs at night so it did not worry us. Please do not be put off by this.

Lovely time, lovely place, lovely location

Brilliant property at the heart of the old town! Beautiful decor, lovely bright and airy. Nice views over the bustling Kapana district, really felt the buzz of the town as we were there for Easter Weekend (we even caught a firework display) - hosts were so helpful and responsive to complete the package. :) - will 100% return when back in Plovdiv
