Perfect base for exploring Forres, Findhorn and the rest of Moray.

Excellent communication with Sharon before, during and after our short stay. The property has been beautifully designed to make best use of the space. Some lovely touches like the small fridge, the wet room, provision of paper plates etc

Superb bed very comfy.Nice surprise with spacious walk in shower room. Only one night stay. But perfect for my purpose to break long car journey. Great bonus with small fridge .I always struggle to keep my oatmilk and yogurt for breakfast. It was perfect

The room was clean and comfortable, however the description on booking.com is quite misleading…..it is not an apartment with a seating area, it is a double room with one small chair to sit on

Lovely property in a quiet area. Similar setup to a hotel room with hot water, showering facilities, very comfortable bed as well as a mini fridge. Comms from host were very good. Very clean and good value for money.

Really handy location and the host was nearby in case of issues and very friendly. The house was extremely warm but there was a fan to cool it and good blinds to keep the sun out in the morning. Comfy, clean and quiet

Lovely, self contained accomodation. Perfect for our requirements as we had attended a wedding in Elgin & then we’re meeting up with other friends in Forres. Everything that we needed was there. Very clean room. Lovely comfortable bed, Tv, easy chair & hangers for our clothes. Gorgeous wet room which was spotless. Teas, coffees, water & biscuits. Sharon the lovely owner greeted us on arrival and was there when we left. All in all it met our every need. I would definitely return if in the area & would have no hesitation in recommending to others. First Class 😊

Perfect for us

Great place. Like a hotel room but private and liked the fact that we could turn up anytime and access the property from the key in the safe key lock. Well kitted out. Hairdryer was actually beside the mirror which is a plus! Mirror was full length too. Small fridge with the milk pods in it for the tea and coffee . Kettle obviously provided too. Warm and comfy on a cold night in November. Large wet room style shower and all your soap, shampoo and conditioner in a dispenser at the shower. Situated in a quiet residential area with parking on the street.

If I was really, really picky I would like bath sheets rather than bath towels but we were only there for 1 night so it was fine. It's in a quiet residential estate so you'd have to walk/ drive to town for other facilities. That's being really picky though.

This was perfect for an overnight stay, with no fuss, and within self-contained accomodation.

The location was ideal, just one mile from the town centre. Everything was very clean, and although the room was quite compact, it was perfect for my needs. I didn't take any breakfast, as I was eager to leave early the next morning, so I can't comment on that. I would use this accommodation again.

This is not a complaint as it was exactly as advertised, but it would have been nice to have off-street parking, as I am never comfortable leaving my car on the road overnight. There was, however, very little traffic on the road, so it wasn't a problem.

Bed only but we had tea/coffee and biscuits.

No complaints whatsoever. A bit difficult to find in the massive housing estate! The proprietor was most helpful. Will go again.
