A Warm & Welcoming New Hotel – Great Bathroom
A wonderful, warm welcome at a new and very pleasant hotel. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the large, modern bathroom was a real highlight. A very comfortable and inviting stay overall.
The only practical downside was the lack of a luggage rack or dedicated space to open a suitcase, which meant having to place it on the floor. A small shelf or couple of foldable racks would make a big difference.

Good hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff but the worst restaurant experience we've ever had - anywhere in the world!
We've stayed at this hotel many times. We stayed here teo timea during March. The food used to be OK, but this time we had an awful experience. I've traveled all over Europe / the world and I've lives in 13 countries (I've seen it all). And I have NEVER had such lousy food (neither gas my spouce). We ordered meat and mushrooms. We couldn't eat it. Even the smell was foul. It's never happened to us before. Luckily, the waiter did not charge us for it. Please note: the meat and the mushrooms were so BAD that both the looks of it - as well as the smell - were both awful. Almost unbelievable. We still decided to stay at the hotel on the way back, but we did not have neither breakfast - nor dinner.

Do not recommend staying here.
The chalet rooms and bathrooms were large. The breakfast selection was good. There was one staff member called Leo who was exceptionally nice and helpful.
The rooms were dirty, carpets not hoovered, stones all over the floor. There is no cups in the rooms only paper cups. The house keeping never refilled water or coffee and when asked for it there was difficulty obtaining it. The female staff member on reception with glasses was insanely rude. She screamed at me in French and hung up the phone. The resort in general looks nothing like the pictures. Friends staying in another room got locked in their bathroom as lock as faulty and cut their arm off a jagged mirror. Room service is only twice a day at odd times. No reception at night so if checking in late it’s difficult. Impossible to get taxis from the resort. Honestly it’s not a 4 star hotel. It’s over priced for what it is. See pictures of the dirty and cobwebs by the bed and also the stones that were all over the bathroom floor. Disgusting.

2 nights stay, wish it could have been longer.
We liked the friendly staff, it was really clean, the rooms were spacious and well equipped, the breakfast was well presented and offered a variety of choices. The staff were very attentive and they even had gluten-free options. I particularly enjoyed cooking my own eggs in the morning in those cute little pans. The pool area was spacious, clean and there were always loungers available. The pool was spacious again and at an optimum temperature.
We cannot think of anything we didn't like.

Room was not ready on time and was badly cleaned. Zero vanity accessories apart from wall mounted soap.

Swimming pool was great
No change of bedding or towels during 7 day stay and dust and ants in room .4 the 4 star hotel expected better facilities with choice of toiletries, very old and broken hair dryer no towel drying either. Very small choice of the breakfast, very basic, zero entertainment .
