B&B HOTEL Brignoles

There's everything that is most important to me - a clean room, close to the highway and safe parking.

Check in was really easy. Quite and comfortable.

Not much! I believe this hotel is an old Ibis Budget Hotel or one of the chains which used to be in France--the F-1 hotels. I have stayed in B&B Hotels in Germany and they are MUCH nicer than this one was.

Trying to find how to get INTO this hotel was a challenge. You have to use an "alley" and the sign which points out the alley as being the entrance to the hotel is currently being overcome with vines! The "automated" check-in process just STINKS. I want to talk with a person who can give me information. Luckily, there was someone you could call for help. According to the schedule I saw, Reception was SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN DURING THE TIME I WAS ON THE "PHONE" WITH THE PERSON. On one of my trips to get my things from the car to the room, the reception screen was up and a younger man was talking with another guest but by the time I returned to the building with my things, the screen was back down. This is getting to be a very sad world when we have to do everything "without contact!" Another lasting effect from the pandemic which has produced all kinds of lasting social/anti-social problems! Also, the wifi only worked for a short time and then I could not get on it! I live on the internet and this is one of the things that is MOST IMPORTANT to me. If I had known the wifi was so bad, I would have never booked this.

Perfect for us, we needed somewhere fast and didn't expect to be so pleasantly surprised. Supermarket and a few restaurants in walking distance. Lovely hotel, very very clean in all public areas and the room was spacious and spotless. Nice big, high bed, lovely towels, much better than some more upmarket hotels we've stayed in. Excellent staff, very friendly and proactive. Breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room was spotless, hot drinks machine was given a thorough clean at the end of service. Honestly, the best deal we've had lately. Would definitely recommend.

It is a computer operated facility in the night. Strange, but it works. Breakfast was good, for this kind of a hotel. Not over the top, but you can’t expect that to be honest. In the morning there was staff and they were very friendly. So, I would recommend to stay here and i would stay there myself again.

The hotel is very clean and located close to the highway. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was very kind. Parking in front of the hotel is spacious. There is a supermarket nearby and the downtown is close to visit on foot.

The automatic check-in didn't work. Luckily there was someone from the staff to help us. If arrival is planned after the reception is closed, make sure to check with the hotel in advance what to do in case the check-in doesn't work.

Comfy bed. Got loads of parking space.

Self check in did not go smoothly. The card machine on the self check in machine didn’t work. I had to call and wake up stay in receptionist. The shower curtain isn’t reliable and floor is always wet. Towel is clean but didn’t smell like fresh laundry. Staff are nice.
