The staff were lovely and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Our room was great and there were plenty of nice walks around for the dogs. This is the best Best Western we have stayed in and we would happily go back!

In Vertus
Hearing did not work in the room. Rooms noisy hearing toilet flush from others and talking. Noisy door to the outside. I was in the annex which is old and soulless. Restaurant was very good last year. But really not good on this visit.
