This property is great value for money. The room was clean if not a little tired. At the price you get a lot of Our room faced out the back and was quiet. There is a little kitchenette with a fridge and 2 ring hob. Plus basics for preparing supper. There is a Lidl 5 minutes walk away but it’s only a 25 minute walk or short bus ride into Épernay, where you’ll find multiple restaurants.
It’s a little tired in places but great value.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Free parking- many spots available. Good breakfast review.
The bathroom needs to be painted and the mattresses are quite hard.

No tea or coffee provided and strange way to exit building B. Photo on booking.com obviously a lot of photoshop

Location was fine
No welcome drink, no water in the room while chk in, no biscuits, no tea kettle or tea bags.. Nothing to welcome the guests not even water to drink in the room… The room had no carpets to walk on in the winter, the heater wasn’t working properly…it was so cold inside..
