Best Western Hôtel des Orangers Cannes

Really comfortable beds and pillows, I dont think i have ever slept this well anywhere. A/C in the room thankfully. Very clean and room cleaning was done fast and surprisingly early, while we were eating breakfast. The location of the hotel is good, nice views and really close to everything, though it is a climb uphill. Breakfast is delicious. We asked for a small breakfast to-go on our last day because of an early flight, but instead they served the whole buffet breakfast for us early at 6.30 am, which was surprising and really sweet of them. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has some kind of a signature scent, which we didn't really like. But they turned it off the moment when we said something about it. Also, a hotel (especially with a pool) should have bath robes available, at least for rent, but they didnt have any at all, which was a little disappointing.

Good location and good air con

Breakfast and Bar service was quite poor. Paid extra for a terrace bedroom but they wouldn’t open the gate that would allow us to leave our room and enter the pool. Had to walk through the hotel everytime and hotel staff were quite rude and told us to cover up, quite annoying as we needed the toilet and drinks and had to redress everytime and it was very hot. Shouldn’t have to pay extra for a terrace room if they won’t allow you to access the pool.

Very small shower and bathroom

Comfy bed, clean room, air conditioning and great location for town access.

Bathroom needed some repair work and quite small rooms. Wouldn’t recommend for family’s.
