The room was nice and clean
The location is a bit scruffy, I virtually had a wall 2 m opposite of my window so no daylight

Quiet, good bed, room had all the necessary facilities. Location was pretty decent and close to beach, shops and restaurants.
No daily cleaning and it still felt hot overnight despite having the aircon on the lowest setting.

The residence offers excellent value for money. It has been recently renovated, so the furniture is new, modern, and functional. The room I was assigned was incredibly bright and airy, despite overlooking the walls of the Cannes castle.
The reception staff is available 24/7 and was always exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. As a solo traveler, I never felt alone thanks to their warm and attentive service.
The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk from several public and private beaches, yet far enough from the city chaos to ensure peace and relaxation.
Many thanks again to the staff for making my stay so enjoyable and stress-free.
