Great location, beautiful grounds, wonderful staff.
Room heating didn't work. Bathroom heater had no power to it so didn't work. No tea\coffee in the room.

No internet in my room, I had to go to the lobby to use it. No place in the shower for the soap, every time I had to bend over and put it on the floor. Sloppy housekeeping.
