The view was spectacular and the location ideal!
No parking, Rooms need refreshment, in our room the shutter did not work, very few amenities, we feel that it is starting to deteriorate

The style of the hotel is classic Belle Epoque. The location is pretty much perfect in Menton. Right from the garden entrance you cross the street and are on the public beach. Steps from the medieval center of Menton. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff was super friendly. Housekeeping was outstanding. They did your room while you had breakfast so you always had a clean fresh room. Breakfast was ok. We loved the beautiful garden and our terrace room overlooking it all. This was a truly happy place to stay.
People smoking on the balconies above and throwing their ashes down on our terrace.

Very good location and reasonable price
No gluten free options at breakfast or any allergy labelling, the breakfast was slightly odd (eggs boiled ourselves) and runny scrambled eggs. Tea and coffee in the rooms was very limited and had to ask for them every time we ran out rather than replenished.
