Liked the location. We stayed 5 nights

For the price the hotel other than the rooms was very worn out with poor seating in the lobby area etc.Not at all comfortable when out of the room for the price .but Staff were lovely.especialy Giada and Sara ..

Location is perfect, it's very lively neighborhood and lots of shops , main beach of Menton is walkable distance of 15 minutes. It's very nice they offer free umbrellas for beach to take with you. Checkin and Checkout process was smooth, staff was nice.

The biggest disappointment and minus point for us was the cleaning and breakfast. Cleaning staff did not do their job properly. We stayed for 9 nights and our bedsheets have not been changed for even once. In some days they just changed small towels (hand towells) and made the bed which is not enough. Room was not even vacuumed. They should really work on cleaning staff and checking how well they do their job. About the breakfast - we have stayed tens of hotels in our life and have never seen such a bad breakfast , for 9 nights we have only been to breakfast 3 times just to give another chance, but it was the same bad as 1st day. Very very basic , don't know even how to describe - super small pre-made pan au chocolates and croissants , very bad coffee . Only positive side of breakfast was the restaurant area has nice views over the beach. They should really improve the breakfast or don't include it in the price at all. We were paying every morning for the amazing pastries outside of hotel..
