The hotel was walking distance from the Ratchadamri BTS, which is a very quiet area but then only one BTS stop from Central Siam BTS with plenty to do. The breakfast was excellent and had some nice changes every day. We had a great view overlooking the city and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool was fantastic and is mostly shaded, which was so important during the hot month of April. In the evening, there was happy hour with free Singha beer and soft drinks from 6-8 pm. We loved our stay there!

Service was ok
Very disappointing stay. The hotel messed up our booking despite us having a confirmed reservation. Thankfully I had screenshots and email confirmations, but it still took 45 minutes at check-in to resolve.
The property is very dated—the corridors are dark and dingy, and the bathrooms feel like they’re from the 1980s. We also found cockroaches and centipedes in the room, which was unacceptable.
The “Club Access” is misleading, with barely any food and only beer available. Overall, this is a 4-star property at best, not the luxury experience it advertises.
