    First time staying in St Regis. Was surprised by the butler service. Very warm, helpful and cheerful. She offered to unpack our luggages, served beverages, buying stuff we need for us, she can even babysit! She will leave us a handwritten postcard asking us how our day out was, made cold lemon grass drinks kept in the fridge for us on that scorching hot day and wishing us goodnight chocolates and flowers. Really thoughtful which we appreciate very much. Everyday when we return to the room, my daughter would look forward to reading the card! So sweet so heartwarming ❤️ Breakfast spread was exceptional, good quality food especially the freshly made french toast either mango sauce, customized egg omelette with condiments, mango sticky rice and guess what, the sticky rice was hot. So wonderful to see the service staff serving with such cheerful smile. Location was superb - the BTS Ratchadamri station is just next to the hotel! Highly recommend St Regis!

    Superb hotel if you want luxury and great service in a super good location. Bar serves great cocktails. Restaurants are excellent (one Michelin Star Swiss restaurant). Highly recommended

    Nice hotel with reasonably good breakfast and a stunning view on a golf course, but unfortunately need to walk quite a bit to BTS, Shopping and Food Area and even to the convenience store. The staffs are super friendly and always ready to serve you, their Butler service is great. In terms of facilities, the pool is small and crowded and gym is small. In hotel restaurants, even with Michelin Stars are disappointing. Rooms are reasonable size (suites) and clean (the housekeeping always forget to empty trash bins though) and beware for mosquitoes in the lobby (on their sofa).
