The place was fantastic, very clean hotel with friendly staff. The spa facilities were a bonus.
The hotel could benefit with lifts to help guest with heavy luggage.

Amazing and magical place with wonderful facilities, great restaurant Ogrodowa and exceptional staff.
The one and only thing that I didn’t like was the smell in the restroom.

excellent restaurant, good spa, very friendly staff.
room was not in the palace but in the stable. It was small, dusty, dead bugs, single beds for couple.
