Location, pool area, spacious 2 brm apartment, laundry in apartment.
Second floor apartment with no lift, requested a ground floor apartment. Bed was uncomfortable.

Spacious clean, great pool great amenities
In Apt 19, the king bed in the main bedroom needs a new mattress. The existing is thin and uncomfortable and the springs can be felt. This should be replaced. Also, a lot of noise on the balcony from the power plant directly in front of it.

Location was great - just a few blocks to the beach, centre of town and cafe strip. Easy to walk everywhere inc the marina.
Rooms were clean though dated and in need of a refresh.
Pool was a good size though in the afternoons there can be a bit of a jam for space on the lounges.
Nice little laundry are in the apartment and a drying rack was included for bathers to dry on the patio.
Stairs up two floors - no lifts. Request ground floor if you have large bags / bad knees.
Little maintenance issues - microwave didn't work, lights needing repairs or cleaning, shower mould.
