The accommodation exceeded my expectations in several respects. The suite was immaculately maintained and equipped with premium amenities that provided the utmost comfort. Furthermore, the efficiency of your front-desk team was exemplary; the check-in process was remarkably seamless, and your staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attentiveness throughout my visit.

1. Absence of Insect Screening on Windows: I observed that the windows in my suite were not equipped with insect screens. As I prefer to utilize natural ventilation, this necessitated keeping the windows closed throughout the evening to prevent insects from entering the room. This was a notable inconvenience, particularly during the warmer hours. 2. Air Conditioning Unit Maintenance: Upon inspection, I noticed that the air conditioning filter appeared to have visible dust accumulation, suggesting it may not have been cleaned or replaced recently. This not only affected the air quality but also seemed to reduce the unit's cooling efficiency, leading to a less comfortable indoor environment.

Good location. Older property but very clean in the apartment. Pool area quite small and as we were winter visitors not much sunshine in that area

There was a huge noise in our bedroom but the ventilation system, the only way it went quiet was by leaving the patio door open all night. The moment you closed it the noise was very loud. For us that was an issue. We didn't mention it as didn't think there was anything they could do. There was still a constant hum even with the door open. Definitely not a quiet environment. Seriously thought about changing locations. Also strange that they have a black out curtain in the lounge but the bedroom just has venetian blinds. Made it very light especially as it was over the pool area which had lights on all night. Woke up in the middle of the night thinking it was morning. For us it wasn't great as at home we have a dark bedroom. Made our sleeping very erratic. We also didn't sit on the couch as there was a massive draught coming in from the entry door to the apartment. Got cold legs every time we tried sitting there. So overall the property was clean and tidy but we won't be back because of the light and noise issues.
