I loved the room. Homely, spacious. Great for just relaxing and watching TV. It was a home from home. I loved the fridge too.
A few more tea bags, but that's being picky as I'm sure your friendly staff would have provided me with more upon request.

The location was excellent for what I needed. It was near family and the event I attended.
Unfortunately, London was in the middle of an extreme heat wave. There was a fan but no air-conditioning.

The location and staff
When I arrived the room smelled like smoke, however after leaving the windows open all day that cleared, also there wasn't any shower gel in the shower either.
