Zozy Clitterhouse

Easy access to the property, close to where we needed to be

A few items needed attention, just a refresh, but it was comfortable

Zozy Citterhouse is a very good place for a few days' stay in London. It's located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, away from busy roads, with excellent access to public transport. Bus stops and the Brent Cross West underground station are nearby, offering easy access to the center in a short time. Zozy Citterhouse is a large house with several rooms, each clean and well-organized, and equipped with everything you need. There are two kitchens, one on each floor, both clean and well-equipped. I highly recommend Zozy Citterhouse.

I didn't notice any drawbacks.

Very nice, cozy house, apartments, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed.

Little bit nosy, easily can hear other guests.

Good and clean bed

Good service isn't just about a clean and comfortable bed. It's about being able to help your guest with other needs. If you have rooms available, you should be able to allow early check-in, and you shouldn't charge an exorbitant fee like £25. You're not the Hilton. Or, if you don't have rooms available, you should have space to store your guest's luggage until check-in time.
