Friendly staff, clean lobby and bar area. Location nice and quiet
Nothing specific, something that could have made our lives a little easier is a lift or to have a room on ground floor if you have a suitcase.
Also there was makeup on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom.

Nice sized room
Squeaky floor boards above our room which was noisy. The bathroom needed a few tweaks as the hand wash & other part was hanging off.

Booked due to going to a show at Wembley. Bus stop right outside hotel
Was clean but very basic

Bit expensive for what it is
They had a fan but if you stay during a heat wave there is not air con
