Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet! Die Saunalandschaft sehr gemütlich und einladend! Das Essen war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich!

The SPA facilities were excellent, especially Josef, one of the sauna masters, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We also loved the great location, beautiful surroundings, and relaxing atmosphere
Some small details could be improved, such as the availability of water in the room. For a hotel of this quality, having just one bottle of water in the fridge on arrival is a little surprising. Even more surprising was the difficulty of getting another bottle on the following days, or even in the evening after dinner.

In realtà tutto mi è piaciuto .( la Cristiana è stata come la cigliegina sulla torta , sempre disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento.)
Alcuni accorgimenti che dovrebbero essere presi in considerazione prima che qualcuno si faccia male ( es . I ferri lasciati attorno alla piscina , se uno sbadatamente inciampa rischia di farsi male .come anche la pavimentazione esterna sempre della piscina molto scivolosa . L idromassaggio non funzionava e nessuno ne sapeva il motivo .

Spa area was amazing, especially the saunas and the sauna sessions
Staff was condescending and unprofessional and still, you are expected to pay a 10€/night/room tip that is added to the bill automatically- it will be removed upon request. We had a wasp nest on our balcony and it took the reception two whole days to send someone to spray it.
There is no A/C in the room so we didn’t sleep too well due to the hot summer temperatures.
