Krásná lokalita pod hradem a u řeky. Pohodové prostředí hotelu a restaurace s večerním posezení u piva z vlastního pivovaru. Útulné a čisté pokoje.
V pokojích není klimatizace.

Čisté prostředí. Ideální výchozí bod pro turistiku, poznávání krajiny. Nedaleko na Šumavu, možnost sjet Vltavu, hezké klidné prostředí.
Obsluha milá, ale zmatená. Jeden objednal, za chvilku přišel druhý a chtěl objednat, poté někdo další donesl část objednávky, další zbytek objednávky... Výběr piv velký, chuťově ale nejde o zážitek, spíše průměr. Jídla hezky vypadající, porce malé. Např. u Flank steaku bylo maso žvýkavé a k tomu 6 minibrabor, houbová omáčka bez chuti.
