HI Hotels Imperial Resort - Ultra All Inclusive, FREE PARKING

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful at all times, the rooms were clean and they were kept clean for our entire stay! The quality of all the provided services exceeded our expectations and we absolutely loved the hotel! The beach was also right in front of the hotel!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would gladly recommend it! The accommodation was very good, the room was comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious, varied, and there was always plenty to choose from. A big plus was also the snacks available throughout the day, which were just as diverse and tasty. The hotel is very well suited for families with children, with swimming pools and play areas suitable for different age groups. The entertainment team also deserves special praise — they were very involved, energetic, and always made an effort to create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for the children. Overall, we had a great stay and truly enjoyed our time there. We highly recommend this hotel!

There was nothing I disliked.

The room was spacious enough, clean, and had a nice an spacious balcony. At the breakfast, lunch and dinner you could find very good food, with a different cuisine tematic, each day, and enough for all the persons. We consider that could be more room for improvement opportunities regarding the fresh fruits. Also pizza to be available during the lunch as well, considering the "ultra all inclusive" offer.

We consider that is great room for improvement for stating clear and visible the room rules, and taking imediate actions in any unpleasant event encountered. In case of any unpleasant situation started by different reasons (ex. someone might release trash, dirt and other very bad things created by human body, from upper balcony), we expected that some profesional actions to be taken immediately by the hotel staff, like, good cleaning of the affected area, sanitizing this for a proper hygiene, to not be under risk for potential infections, considering that you have booked in that room a family with small child. Besides this, consider properly to have also wardrobes and complimentary slippers in the room, considering the "ultra all inclusive" condition.

5 minutes walk to the beach, rooms were clean and the splash pool was good entertainment for kids.

The hotel is split in 3 buildings, the main place is lovely, spacious rooms and reflective of the 4 stars, the other 2 buildings were at most 3 stars with only one elevator, rooms were very close to each other and fairly noisy. There was no parking spots on site so had to park somewhere 10 min away( parking provided by the hotel at 20bgn per day) just to be told we had to take a taxi to get to the car when we needed it. Although the restaurant had a great variety of food, plenty of meat options, fish and seafood, I wasn’t impressed they didn’t even sanitise the tables in between guests. There were broken loungers at the pool that even a week later had not been replaced but rather covered. The spa offers only paid services including the saunas and on the private beach you need to pay 24bgn for the loungers and umbrella. However, we noticed that in the afternoon people would sit with no one checking. The housekeepers were very helpful as were some of the restaurant staff. At Reception however they were quite dismissive and while asking for the address of their car park this young lady told me to come back later cause she had a checkin.
