HI Hotels Imperial Resort - Ultra All Inclusive, FREE PARKING

Once we got over the size of this property and the copious amounts of people moving through, we relaxed into the all inclusive. For those that like free flow everything 24 hours a day. You will love this place. Food in main restaurant excellent and plentiful. Breaky until 10 then outdoor snack bar, then lunch, then dinner and for those late night snackers a snack bar opens at midnight until 6 in the morning. 4 pools, entertainment complex, outdoor concert stage, caters for kids, elderly, young adults. Best value for money just a shame due to bad weather we couldn’t take advantage of facilities. Cleaners on site 24/7 and security. Staff helpful friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and a lovely view of the ocean. This place is massive so we were glad to be in the main bldg, 5th floor with a sea view access to beach from back gate of property

Lovely staff , food very good, something for everyone ,the only criticism is the coffee machine as the milk powder they use is sweet, when you don't have sugar it's not very nice

Location and hotel was great

When I booked , we specially booked double room double bed in sea view but our room was two single bed next to each others which I was not happy and view was not sea

5 minutes walk to the beach, rooms were clean and the splash pool was good entertainment for kids.

The hotel is split in 3 buildings, the main place is lovely, spacious rooms and reflective of the 4 stars, the other 2 buildings were at most 3 stars with only one elevator, rooms were very close to each other and fairly noisy. There was no parking spots on site so had to park somewhere 10 min away( parking provided by the hotel at 20bgn per day) just to be told we had to take a taxi to get to the car when we needed it. Although the restaurant had a great variety of food, plenty of meat options, fish and seafood, I wasn’t impressed they didn’t even sanitise the tables in between guests. There were broken loungers at the pool that even a week later had not been replaced but rather covered. The spa offers only paid services including the saunas and on the private beach you need to pay 24bgn for the loungers and umbrella. However, we noticed that in the afternoon people would sit with no one checking. The housekeepers were very helpful as were some of the restaurant staff. At Reception however they were quite dismissive and while asking for the address of their car park this young lady told me to come back later cause she had a checkin.
