The staff were just wonderfully accommodating, cooperative, friendly and kind.
The rooms were impeccable. Beautiful clean well-equipped + spacious.
The pool is spacious and beautiful, the spa was comfortable and inexpensive, the restaurant food and drinks were varied and delicious.
We also did take a free shuttle from the hotel to a nearby village to get some cash and to visit an old Temple to Shiva which was an interesting excursion...
I would stay there again anytime.
Our only disappointment was with the fact that the government has chosen to work on the beach so we were not able to go there. It's currently just a pile of huge rocks.
I have to say this is no fault of the business itself. They were just as disappointed as we were, I felt, that we were not allowed access to the beach. And to compensate us, they did upgrade our rooms!
When that beach work is finished, Ramayana Candidasa would be an exceptionally beautiful place to visit.
