Nice staff who helped me get a room as short notice

City center. Easy location and very accessible.

Not all the staff, but the front desk lady is not being helpful at all. I had trouble with the TV and talking about the problem. She kept on writing on the keyboard without hearing me out. I felt very disrespected. I understand if she couldn't helped me right away, but hey, listen please!!! it just shows how disconnected you are to the customer.

I liked the staff and their kind attitude. They were always pleasant and tried to accommodate all our needs. I also like the location which was close to the park and the palace.

The mini bar was not working, the safe box was no working, the tvs were not working, there was no air conditioning in the room and at night the rooms felt like an oven especially since even the windows would not open. The three nights we stayed at the hotel we could not sleep. The hotel staff had placed two fans in our r suit but there were only three outlets for electricity and all three were in the bedroom none in the sitting room.
