Room was exceptional, staff were perfect.
No iron, steamer they provided was very disappointing, almost a joke. They didn’t replenish the conditioner but gave us plenty of shampoo.:)

Impressive elegant hotel with spacious comfortable rooms and huge balcony overlooking Positano bay.
Great air-conditioning.
Breakfast included and served on the balcony. Coffee was great.
Nice bathroom with lots of toiletries provided.
Delightful friendly and attentive staff made the whole experience feel special.
We asked for our wine to be chilled and for a bottle opener and both were provided with kindness.
The hotel has limited facilities and breakfast choices were limited even if paying for extras.
Omelette as an extra was a little bland.
Pancakes were included and good but miniscule in size.
Fridge was not working.
Shower was very basic.
Street is noisy but sound proofing is excellent.
