    Le Sirenuse offers stunning facilities with private access to the beach, a generous and delicious breakfast spread, and a genuinely warm and helpful concierge and reception team that were very helpful to accommodate my requests. The property is elegantly maintained, and its charm lives up to the photos. However, I did feel slightly let down by the overall guest experience. Despite staying at the hotel, I was questioned upon re-entry and asked, “How can we help?”, as if I were not a guest. I was also not allowed on the reception terrace at one point as they thought I wasn’t staying there. These small moments added up to a feeling of being unwelcomed, which contrasted sharply with the otherwise high standards of hospitality the hotel is known for. A beautiful place, but I hope the guest recognition and service consistency improve to match the setting.
