    Older hotel near Termini that is convenient and comfortable, if a little tired around the edges.

    If traveling from the US on an early flight as is normal , you can not check in early they make you wait until 2 pm, The bed sheets are not changed regularly, , the area is near termini the area smells of urine it isn’t a pleasant district , The hotel is seriously overpriced we paid *** a night for a 3 star hotel

    The hotel is few minutes from Termini and the breakfast was super. Wide selection, including bread, meat, cheese, veg, fruit, pastries and pancakes. But I'm afraid that's where the positives end. The female receptionist was quite rude and could do with some customer service training. But the biggest issue for me was barely any sockets in the room. There was one behind the bed that I had to move to reach it and the charging was very slow, so my phone barely charged over night. Another socket was in the bathroom, the other couple had TV or lights plugged in so were unusable. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again
