Beautifully decorated and location was great.
Air conditioning was being installed during our stay during a heat wave. Loud street noise with canal view. Narrow steep steps to upper floors while carrying luggage. It was to be expected and we are able bodied but can see how this could affect others from being able to stay here.

Location was very good, central and very easy to reach any part of the city. It was quiet, nicely decorated rooms, polite staff. Good breakfast.
Narrow staircase, no elevator; staircase not vacuum cleaned; TV in the room did not work half of the time we stayed at the hotel (2 of the 4 nights).
