Eveything! The host is warm hearted and I felt like home from the first step we stepped into the house.

We loved our stay at Pousada Quinta da Riberinha, Fatima and her staff are absolutely lovely, the breakfast is very complete with everything you need. Our son enjoyed spending time in the pool.
The only thing is the location, I thought Cidade Velha was a bit more animated, but it is a village with only few restaurants and a tiny supermarket. I will not recommend it for families with young children. I am writing it in the review, because I wished I would have read it before booking.

The property was lush with plants and nice open terrace by the pool. The breakfast was good.
The WI-FI was poor in my room, I could hardly get an email. On the terrace it was better but still I could not watch a video without buffering. The water pressure was low and hot water was intermittent. Which made taking a shower not a good experience.
